I think that this is a good question and we need to be loyal to those in LAW ENFORCEMENT - WE CAN ALWAYS do the opposite - but the thing is - what does it achieve the more support that officers do receive the better they get - because
once you r being supported - you then excel at what you are doing - it could be
the same with SOUTH AFRICA'S POLICE - the new ranking structure articles came
out and I READ A LOT OF THEM AND I found them - interesting and very informative...
